Bug Fixes and Game Improvements

Battlegrounds: Fixed a bug where certain Trinkets could combine with Blood Gem activators to cause very long turns.
Battlegrounds: Fixed a bug where Macaw Portrait caused Golden Monstrous Macaw to trigger an incorrect number of times.
Battlegrounds: Fixed a bug where Golden Silithid Burrower gave the wrong effect on its first Deathrattle after tripling.
